CLE+PLUS Membership The CLE+PLUS Membership is a benefit that saves money for Los Angeles County Bar Association members. You pay once to access CLE programs all year. It is for sale to individual members and is non-transferable. You must be a current County Bar member at the time the CLE+PLUS Membership is used to register for and to attend CLE programs under this offer. Call (213) 896-6560 for more details.

The Association sections offer members an opportunity to actively participate in their fields of practice. Los Angeles County Bar Foundation: Raises and distributes needed funds to improve the administration of justice, enhance public confidence in the legal profession, cultivate understanding of and respect for the rule of law, and provide support for law-related services.

Association dues are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes but may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. The Association estimates that 4% of your 2011 dues is nondeductible because it is allocable to lobbying. Contributions to the Foundation may be deductible as charitable contributions.

Publication Dues Allocations: Association dues and the following section dues include these subscription allocations: Los Angeles Lawyer, $14.00; County Bar Update, $10.00.
