From alcohol to prescription and street drugs, the panel will identify the variety of substances people abuse, as well as common causative factors of abuse, with a focus on practitioners in the entertainment industry. The panel will also discuss symptoms of abuse, consequences to the individual, colleagues, clients and loved ones, and resources available to those coping with substance problems.

What effect do gender stereotypes have in negotiations and negotiation performance? What traits or characteristics make for an effective negotiator? Do men and women have distinct negotiation styles? Can women be assertive negotiators without losing credibility? How can understanding gender bias help both men and women become more effective negotiators?
