ABCs of SNDAs

This lecture will analyze the purpose of an SNDA, how it is enforced, and consequences that may arise if one is not in place at the time of a property foreclosure. The lecture will focus on terms that every tenant should negotiate into an SNDA, and terms most lenders cannot (and should not) live without it.
