Single Purpose Entities: How Remote Is Bankruptcy Remote?

This program will review the use of single purpose entities (SPE) in real estate transactions and the continued usefulness of the SPE. Seasoned bankruptcy practitioners will provide analysis of the current Bankruptcy Court holdings concerning the SPE and the lessons for real estate practitioners to be learned from these court holdings.
