1031 Exchanges in the 2011 Real Estate and Financial Markets

This program will provide an overview of Section 1031 exchanges and will discuss current issues related thereto, including the requirements of a 1031 exchange, the role of a "Qualified Intermediary,” the steps involved in a 1031 exchange transaction, planning opportunities under section 1031, and modifying a risk profile under section 1031.
