Minor's Counsel Training 2011 - 8 Hours Webinar Re-Qualify

This program is for attorneys that have already completed the 12-hour Minor’s Counsel training and just need the 8 hours re-qualifying course

The deadline to purchase the course is January 23, 2012 and you have until January 30, 2012 to complete the online training.

For attorneys that have never completed the 12 hours training, the product number is 014426

This program will provide the annual education and training required of all minor's counsel to remain eligible for appointment. See CRC 5.242.

The program will address the basics, Minor's Counsel's ever-changing role, evidentiary hearings, and the delicate task of preparing your client, the child, to testify. An overview of the law, education and perspective from both the Bench and experienced Minor's Counsel, and guidance from mental health professionals will make this program an attendance-MUST.
