Simplifying Swaps

While most finance attorneys have worked on loans that include a swap transaction, rarely are we required to review or negotiate the ISDA documents in connection therewith. As a result, many of us lack a good understanding of what a swap transaction is, let alone why the parties enter into them or what happens pursuant to these documents after the closing. This program will explain that and more, including the new registration requirements for parties entering into derivative transactions.
