Construction Project Management: Tools for Managing The Process

The panel will focus on common disputes and problems occurring during any construction project, which may be avoided with proper construction management. Case studies will be discussed which highlight issues arising during the preconstruction, construction, and project completion phases. The panel will include an experienced construction project manager who will bring his knowledge and real world experience to this lively discussion.

Bart Mendel, a dedicated construction professional for over 35 years, is president of Stonemark Construction Management, a highly respected Owner’s Representative firm with experience in diverse markets including custom homes, commercial, religious, not-for-profits, and multi-family residential.

Dina Tecimer, Esq. partner in the Real Estate Practice at Manatt, Phelps, & Phillips, LLP, has extensive experience in providing general real estate advice to a variety of clients including industrial, office, commercial and multifamily apartment developers, landlords, tenants, corporate end users, high-net-worth individuals, entertainment companies, as well as hospitals and hospital affiliates.
