Please join us as we focus on a preliminary understanding of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code and discuss issues of attachment, perfection (including the various types of personal property collateral and the means of perfection), and priority issues between contending security interests and other lien claimants.

This program is designed for the newer attorney, who may or may not have taken a personal property secured transactions class in law school.
