Aviva K. Bobb Advanced Probate Volunteer Panel Attorney Training Symposium

This annual program helps to fulfill the continuing education requirements for PVP attorneys set forth in the LASC Local Rules and the California Rules of Court. It is also of interest to trusts and estates lawyers handling conservatorship matters.

This year, we will focus on contested conservatorship petitions. Talented practitioners will discuss approaches and strategy in representing your client when the need for, and choice of, a conservator is questioned, as well as other issues which frequently arise at the appointment stage and beyond. In addition, we will discuss the interplay between trusts and conservatorship proceedings.
