Program Information:
This program is geared to introduce you to the Executive Office for Immigration Review’s (EOIR) Immigration Court Practice Manual which goes into effect on July 1, 2008.
Panelists will provide a comprehensive outline of the Practice Manual for practice before the Immigration Court. In addition, Panelist will discuss strategies and analyze the uniform procedures, recommendations, and requirements.
