Program Information:
Patrick Sweeney, is counsel at Nixon Peabody, LLP and focuses on new media business transactions. Mr. Sweeney has extensive experience in the video game industry and served as general counsel for the video game publisher, Brash Entertainment which specialized in the production and distribution of properties based on major motion pictures. Mr. Sweeney will discuss the various types of deals in the video game industry and the economics of same. The night will end with a brief discussion of the latest games, hardware, and trends in mobile and digital gaming, followed by Q & A.
Light hors d’ouevres will be served and drinks will be available at the no host bar.
Space is very limited and attendees must register in advance no later than November 18. Prospective at-the-door registrants take the risk of being turned away.
